Caroline Frey, Owner of Chateau La Lagune invites us into the cellar of this Haut Medoc classified Third Growth to discuss not only her 2011 vintage and final product, but also the interesting business aspects of years such as 2011.

This is definitely not a vintage to shy away from. It is however, best to wait a bit before consumption as the tannins need to fold and incorporate into the wine. We can already see this evolution happening even after just a few months.

Robert Parker recently gave Chateau La Lagune 2011 a rating of 90-93.
