La Rioja Alta
Vina Ardanza Reserva 2004
Crafting great wines since 1890 La Rioja Alta brings this beautiful red made in the traditional Rioja style. This wine is aged for 36 months in American oak barrels, it has a very enticing bouquet with dark cherry, spice cake, dried fig and espresso.
The palate is medium body offering spices, raspberry, and cherry cola flavors that are given a lift by juicy acidity. Impressively pure and penetrating on the finish, which leaves floral and smoky mineral notes behind.
